At Kisancircle, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products with utmost care. However, due to the nature of products, refunds are only applicable under certain conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Products: If you receive items that are damaged, spoiled, or compromised in quality.
  • Incorrect Items: If the product delivered is not what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: If paid items are missing from your order.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following: - Orders where customers were not available to accept delivery and items were spoiled as a result. - Change of mind after the order is delivered. - Products returned without valid reason or beyond the return window

3. Reporting a Problem

To request a refund, please: - Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. - Provide Order ID, Photo eveidence and the brief description.

4. Your Rights

- Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days - In some cases, we may offer: - Store credits or coupons for future use. - Free replacement or redelivery instead of a refund
